I had supper at spur canalwalk last night, i was totally disgusted in there service.1- When placing my order for bottomless ribs and wings i asked the waitress to bring along tabasco sauce. After about 25mins when she brought our food i again reminded her about the sauce, half way through my meal-still no sauce. i then ask the cleaning lady who was cleaning the table infront of us if she could bring me the sauce. she returned about 2mins later without the sauce and continued cleaning the table, i asked her where the sauce was and she then fetched it (notice no waiter since i got my food).2- finished my food, 5mins later the waitress shows up " would you like a refill on your wings and ribs sir" (this should have been done when i was half way through my meal like cape gate does) after 15 mins a manageress (black shirt) comes and asks me if everything is ok as I'm telling her how long im waiting she walks away WHILE I'm speaking to her now 20mins after my refill was ordered waitress pops up again followed by the lady in the black shirt, she brings me a plate of wings followed by a plate of ribs 2mins later (STILL NO APOLOGY) i start eating the wings and the first 2 are raw. i called th
