Last week Thursday my wife and I went out to celebrate something. And we decided to try all you can eat ribs and wings at Spur as we are used to good food at Spur and it sounded like a good special. But much to our disappointment the night was nothing but special, and hardly a celebration.
We ordered our ribs and wings specials, and ask for plain. When they arrived they were dry as in no sauce. We were shocked, so we asked the waiter isn't their sauce, to which he replied no that's the plain option, after a bit of arguing from my wife he took our plates back and put sauce on, but it wasn't cooked in the sauce he just poured the cooking sauce over, so there was a very strong vinegar taste, and rather horrible.
We tried to eat as much as we could but gave up, hoping we would get a second plate. But our waiter was no where to be seen, we waited about 10 minutes before I had to call the manager over to sort it out.
We then tried the Spicy option, and they covered the ribs and wings both with spicy sauce which made the ribs inedible. Lastly we tried the normal sauce again, and again they put the sauce on the ribs and this sauce was very vinegary.
