Last Thursday we went for all you can eat ribs and wings/calamari for my step brother's birthday. We didn't want to complain to ruin the festivities, but it was awful! First of all, we ordered 4 of the special and one kids ribs. The kids ribs came quick (with chips when we asked for smileys), but we waited for our specials for 40 minutes, the child was finished before we got ours. Secondly, when we eventually got our food the ribs were cold, there were maybe 4 ribs each, the fried calamari was floury and not nice at all, the wings were so dry they weren't edible. Thirdly, we would order drinks and they would come 20 minutes later without ice when we asked for ice. When our food came we ordered the next round straight away since it seemed to be taking so long. Those too came half an hour later, with maybe 2 ribs each. It's supposed to be all you can eat?? Is it if you don't mind waiting an hour for 2 ribs? We could have let some of the issues go, but it was just too many errors for one evening, and our waitress was hardly ever around. Even the table behind us, which was a work party, was complaining, and it was not that full that evening. Very disappointing. I would not go back the
