Last night we decided to go for the Thursday special at Spur and our first plate of ribs and wings were so good. We then ask for our 2nd round and it was like we were in a completely different restaurant. It arrived on a smaller plate with a huge portion of chips and onion rings and a few ribs and chicken wings. The ribs were drowning in the sauce and some of the ribs never had much meat on them. Almost like they were left over ribs that the bite of the previous person was cut away and drenched in sauce. When I mentioned this to the waitress she sort of did this nervous giggle like we bust them. I unfortunately will never be tempting the Thursday special again :(
