We love Spur. We Have gone to Spurs all over the country. We are huge fans because we know wherever we are we will get good service and great food... EXCEPT festival mall Running Waters Spur. Last night we took the kids ice skating and we went to the Spur for a "nice dinner". Firstly we were walked through to the smoking section without first checking if there was a table available (this happened to another 3 couples while we were there) We asked if we could sit at a table next to the smoking section until there was a table available. We were brought our drinks, then saw a table open and went inside. We then did not get any attention for an hour. Whenever we asked the waiter in the section he just said "I don't know who your waiter is. Eventually we complained and after that had about 4 different waiters each coming to us saying they were our waiter and all blaming us because "we sat outside first". I still don't know who our waiter was. It took 1.5 hours to order food. We were not brought place mats. We ordered the T-bone and wings special. We got USED Durky sauce in half full, dirty bowls. Dry wings, ice cold steaks and old looking garnish. We left without eating. Disgusted
