Waterfall KFC does it again!!!

On 27 March 2013, I was at KFC Waterfall KZN. The queue was long as there was no chicken in the warmers - AGAIN! A gentleman asked for the manager and proceeded to lodge a complaint about the lack of control and service in the branch - nothing unusual for this branch. He had waited over half hour for his order. Then a gentleman was at the counter, when he placed his child on top of the counter and left the kid to run up and down on the counter surface. Another irate gentleman asked the staff to do something as this was a health and hygiene issue. NOTHING was done. I then asked the gentleman to remove his child for the same reasons. At this I was told to 'voetsak' - a big joke to the staff and others in the queue! This led to an argument between us and still NO reaction from the staff - manager was nowhere to be seen. When I reached the counter 25 min later, the staff had no comment on why they allowed this to happen! To top off everything my order was rung up incorrectly as has happened too often in this branch! There is no care for service, delivery or hygiene in this branch. I only go there for my kids sake but walk out totally frustrated EVERY time!!!
