Chronically understaffed, wrong date, no manage

On Saturday 21st December, one of the busiest days of the year with the Christmas rush, I went to the ABSA branch at the V&A Waterfront to withdraw cash from the teller as I needed more than my daily ATM limit.
The queue was about 30 people, with three tellers on duty. The date on the calendar was the 20th of December, so people were filling in their slips incorrectly. On speaking to the sales consultant, he informed me that there were no more tellers and when I asked the lady at the inquiries counter if I could speak to the manager, I was told that the manager wasn't there. I changed the calendar myself and left, disgusted for the people having to wait half an hour in the queue because the manager couldn't even be bothered to be there, let alone put on enough staff to help customers whose time is apparently not as valuable as the branch manager's that he or she has to be elsewhere. When I compare this to the brilliant manager at your Gardens Centre branch, I'm gobsmacked.
