KFC Gateway Mall has no drumsticks!

Tonight I was very hungry. At about 8 pm I joined the queue at this KFC. The queue was not long. When it was my turn after about twelve minutes, Ms Nothando ignored me and called the person behind me. I asked her why she had ignored me (I had the R25 for the Street-wise Two in my hand to pay);
She said that 'I was 'at the counter and not in the queue'. I told her that I was in the queue. I could not understand why she said this. There were three staff at the counter but they were all looking at the customer before me.
There were at least two cash registers.
Ms Abigail then asked me what I needed and then she said that she had no 'drumsticks'. I was astounded. A KFC without drumsticks! She could not tell me when she would have the food.
A few months before the same store said that they had 'no thighs' and I would have to wait about 20 minutes. I have found other KFCs never run out of food the way this one does. The staff at this store appear to have a don't care attitude.
I am very disappointed. I had to eat elsewhere.
When one is hungry one wants service with a smile, and with as little hassle as possible. But this staff cause indigestion.
