I pre-ordered my food, as I usually do, to avoid having to wait when I get to the store. Upon my arrival there was a queue for the pre-ordered food. The store was busy and I waited patiently while the lady behind the counter (only identifiable by her gold tooth) merrily took her time, at one stage serving people who did not form part of the queue. When it was the tern of the gentleman ahead of me it transpired that his food had gone missing! Instead of delegating the task, or letting someone else attend to the till, this lady then wanders around, at a leisurely pace, looking for the gentleman's food for 5 minutes until I asked her to serve me. She then has a despicable attitude as I give her my order number, get's it wrong the first time as she was not very interested, she then gives me my food without saying a word. All this transpires before a gentleman with a well trimmed beard, whom I presume to be the manager as he was dressed differently to the rest of the staff, in a blue shirt.
To top it all, my chicken was cold.
I am a regular at the store and was discussed by the service, which is usually on point. I will certainly not be supporting the store in the future.
