TRIPPLE PAYMENT OF PURCHASE

I bought so fast food from KFC Queenscorner on 22/3/2013 at 17:15. I paid with my debit card where the assistant swiped my card and got a time out, she swiped it again and got a time out again, she called Juan Kruger, how then swiped the card again for a third time, and another time out, I then when to withdraw the money from ABSA and paid the transaction in cash. When I got home, I saw on my sms's that transaction when thru twice, and only one transaction was refereced. I immediately phoned Juan to complain about this. I took a bankstatement (where these transactions reflects) to KFC Queenscorner on saterday to claim my refund, but then it was te machines fault and it had to be refered to the bank ect, ect. I'm still awaiting my refund
