I was in a store to make a purchase. Because the attendant was busy on the phone while helping me she did not take note that I wanted the items on budget. once she had swiped my card I asked her if she had put it on budget. With a shocked look she said no and called the manager. The manager said he would then reverse the transaction and swipe my card again. Not even five minutes after he had swiped my card for the second time I got a phone call from the security office of RCS asking me if I was making a purchase. I told the man that I was and what had happened. He immediately put me through to customer care and they cancelled the one transaction and put the other on budget for me told me what my instalment would be. I was so impressed and it gave me peace of mind and confidence that my card could not be abused. This was totally amazing for me. Well done RCS you are number one.
