On saturday 29 June, I bought a mega combo meal at sterkinekor, it was R59.95. My girlfriend swiped her card and it got declined, swiped again and got declined. So I swiped and said it was approved and removed my card.
The cashier said my transaction did not go through and said I must pay the R60, which I did.. and found confusing because it went through fine as per the card machine. Now I basically paid R120 for one meal. And my girlfriend that swiped twice, also R120 (she emailed sterkinekor already directly, her name is Some Greeff)
Please refund us! and train the staff how card machines work
