Booked my daughters 5th Bday at Westwood Spur about 2 weeks ago. Arrived at the resturant 9/3 to be told we never made a booking. We spoke to them but no budging until we insisted that they look at the book - O yes but we do not have a table. Eventually they made the table ready. 1200-1400 hours slot
Then we move to the service - absolutly shocking (we had 1 large table 5 kids and 3 adults with a second table having 2). Orders were taken but slow to delivery - at the 2nd table my order was taken but not my eldest son whose Nachos arrived once I had finished eating. Only saw the waitress every 30 mins or so if we were lucky.
Absolutly the worst Spur we have been to and the last party at Westwood Mall. Malvern Spur you remain the best and such a pity we had a party at Weswood Mall because most kids live in that area.
