On the 10/11/2013, I had my sons birthday at Spur in Westwood Mall. I booked the party sometime in August for 5 adults and 15 kids at 1.00. When we arrived there, they were still busy setting up the tables. Thereafter it was downhill from there. They set up for 5 kids and 10 adults - wrong again. The kids got no party hats or anything. I had to look for the waitress to place orders. In fact on several occasions she was missing in action. I must admit the food was good. But for everything there was too many long delays. We had to request them to sing for my son. For the ice creams they did not have enough bowls and gave the kids their ice creams in coffee cups. Because of the long delays the kids parents were there before and had to wait for the kids to finish their meals before they left. They gave out these lunch boxes to the kids which they were still busy packing. When I asked the waitress what the delays were, she said she was washing bowls at the back. Really now. She said they very busy but why book a party if you do not have the capacity to handle. Was very disappointed because we had such a lovely party at the Pav Spur before.
