We're regulars @ this Spur & every visit has always been pleasant until Saturday morning when we took the kids out. We sat at a table far from play area till we saw an empty table next to play area, asked a waitress standing close by if anyone's seated there & she said no, we moved to that table!!
Few minutes later a waiter came and said we must move, the table's been booked. We refused so he left to go fetch Jabu, the manager. I've never felt so disrespected. Jabu came there with such a stinking attitude, no hello, just "MOVE, MY BOOKING IS HERE" Good!! Is that how he was trained to address customers? Cause I strongly believe had we been white Jabu would have spoken with more respect and less attitude. Disgusting stinking attitude.
We gathered our kids, and belongings and told we won't be paying for the food as we have not touched it, but we'll leave instead of moving AGAIN. We went to the till at the front and waited over 10 minutes to pay for the drinks and after 10 minutes of waiting, looking back to the table we'd been kicked out of that was "booked" it was still EMPTY!!!
So disappointing cause we will never set foot at Spur again.
