I went to spur on thursday morning to book for my sons birthday party and paid them the requested R100.00 for deposit, the lady who assisted with the bookong did not even introduce herself so i heard someone calling her tammy i will assume thats her name. on sunday 1st september i went to spur for the party with my 5kids i booked for and 5adults i also booked for and to my suprise they told me they know nothing about my booking and the lady who did it was off i will assume thats tammy, ohk fine i relaxed thought they will put something togeda seein i paid for the deposit, and gues what i was given a table for 5kids and one adult the table was not prepared for a birthday party it was just plain no hats for the kids or whatsover, i enquired about the space given to me and they provided anada table for the adults which was fine nothing had to be done with our table, and then comes the waitress who was attending to us who was am sure attending 10more tabls resulting in us being ignored, our table being a mess, our kids not even being given the hats. when i asked the waitres why we getting such poor service this were her words "what do you expect me to do i ddnt evn know abt yr booking
