I phoned an order through for delivery. The wrong food was delivered. I phoned to complain and they assured me that the correct food would be delivered soon. The second delivery again contained the wrong food. I managed to open my window to yell at the delivery man that the order was wrong and to wait. As I was trying to pass the food through the window to him the bag tore and the food fell all over the lawn. The driver left after first being rude to my daugther. I phoned and requested my money back and was told that it would be sent to me. After half an hour I phoned back to ask when my money would be returned to me only to be told that I was not going to get my money back because I threw the food all over the lawn and they wanted their food back if I was to get my money back.
