I booked early for my son's birthday party and paid before the 2ND of march. i was disappointed to find that the tables were not set up. i asked the lady were are we going to sit. She placed us at table were some people were smoking and said no that's not good for kids. food was not proper, the burgers were red inside and kids didn't't eat them, drinks came after an hour later and also brought wrong food to our table. i was so shocked and disappointed. it was suppose to be the happiest day of son but became the worse-st all thanks to spurs jabulani mall. i wont advice anyone one to book there. i hope manager will sort this cause he will loose customers. I spend-ed money for nothing and i feel i also paid tip by force. CHANGE THE WAY U TREAT US. I'M SOOO DISAPPOINTED AND HURT
