I contacted Spur at Monte Casino on Monday the 4th of August 2013 to book a table for Saturday the 10th of August for my daughter's 4th birthday. I still told the manager whom took the booking it was for a kiddies birthday party and that I would like to have the kiddies birthday package. The table that they gave was table 60/61. The one thing that really disappointment me was yes the table was decorated for the birthday party but I was not billed for the kiddies packaged and was billed for item that was ordered for the children. Not only that I mentioned to the waiter and the manager that they must please sing happy birthday to my daughter when the dessert gets to the table and this just never happened. Needless to say at this stage I was so upset and disappointed and upset that I just paid my account and left. One thing is for sure Montexo Spur will never see me again. I am totally upset and disappointed in this!!
