I placed an order on the 1st of March at 17h10 and received my order at 19h20 there was no follow up call to tell me why my order was delaying. When they finally delivered my pizza it was cold i had no choice but to pay for it as my children were very hungry. No apology from the delivery man.
What kind of serive is this. I dont know if i should get my refund back but it is up to management to make a decision. So dissapointed with the serive.
