I orderd a pizza to be delivered and was told waiting period is 60-90 min, i agreed and then waited, 90min had passed so i called in to querey and was told that the weather was keeping up the delivery. another 30min had passed and still no pizza i called in asking for the manager and was told she was on a call and will get back to me. another 15 min passed before mr delivery gave me a call to confirm my addres. When he finally arrives the pizza is cold and i get no apology."Debonaires has a policy that if the dots not red its free" well my dot was not red but yet they insisted i pay for it, to top it off they offer me an alternative to bring me a new pizza and i pay for it which will take another hour to deliver and mr delivery should return the pizza that was cold!!! 2hours and 10min for a cold pizza no call from the manager and a very dissapointed customer!!!
