On Tuesday 30th April we decided to order take aways, phoned Edenglen branch, order taken no problem delivery in 40 minutes.
Order placed at 19h07 delivery arrived at 20h30 after I phoned to complain. The order then arrived one Pizza short, I phoned the shop and in 20 minutes had the last Pizza. I spoke to the manager on duty, she did not seem concerned at all, nor understand service delivery. My invoice number 475504 for reference. What should have been a quick meal turned into disaster hungry children get seriously grumpy when the food is late.
