LATE PIZZA DELIVERY PLUS WRONG ORDER

I am extremely annoyed with Debonair's Bluff Pizza service delivery. I ordered two pizzas at 11:11am today a LARGE TIKKA CHICKEN and a Large something meaty. The pizza arrives at 12:25 over 1 hour late. Nobody calls from Debonair's to inform me of the late delivery. The bill was R135.80 invoice number 420871 cashier Michael Van De Venter. With all credit to Michael he was friendly when i called and assured me that the pizzas would arrive but due to the bad weather I must be patient. My company is in Jacobs, No 7 Hime Lane, which is 4km from Debonairs and an 8 Minute drive so once the 1 hour mark had passed i was very dissapointed in Debonair's Bluff. I still paid the driver R150 so i gave him a R15 tip on top of my order despite the late delivery. Only to find that id been given one wrong pizza. A mexican fiesta instead of a Something Meaty. So my pizza was late plus I now have overpaid for these pizzas. I called Michael again and he has said to me that they will make up two new Pizzas for us. It is now 12:45 my lunch break is almost over and I am heading to meetings at Engen Refinery.By the time the new Pizzas have shown up I would not be here anyway. I am extremely upset
