I am Eric Boodhoo. As I havent been to the Dros in Gateway. I said to my girlfriend lets try it. I did have a look at their extensive menu on the internet and was impressed. I went ahead and orded a T bone steak as i was waiting for Beverly and her friend Joeleen. I was served a steak that was overdone as I ordered a medium steak. I sent it back to the kitchen as i only cut a small fatty bit on the side that was already tough. The waitress came back and asked me " If i like blood on my steak" I was beyond horrified. As u know a medium steak is cooked to perfection, not charred. I left without ordering anything. Beverly and Joeleen were having their malva pudding.and to accompany that they ordered a orange juice and a milo without no milk. The waiter took the order and the ladies specified no milk in milo. It came back with milk. yet another waste of time. I urge the owner of this establishment to seriously do a customer service training and maybe to have a mystery shop.
