My husband & I popped in for a take-away. I was a little grumpy with the cashier and told her that previously, we waited more than half an hour for our take-away and asked her to confirm how long it would take this time? She said it would take 10 minutes. I told her if this time, it wasn't ready in 15 minutes, I'm going to ask for my money back. The cashier was very chirpy (and amused) and asked me "What if it takes less than 10 minutes? ". I was a little taken aback with her optimism and thought, ja right. I joked back and told her then I'll give her a kiss. Sure as anything, 8 minutes later she arrived with our take-away and demanded her kiss (jokingly). Still, I expected the food to be under-cooked or something as it was now a "rush-job". However, we got home, and the food was absolutely delicious. This girl made my day and sure knew how to handle a difficult customer!
