We had ordered our food at 7pm and was told it would take between 10 - 15 minutes to be ready. We waited and waited and only got our order after 45 minutes. Kept on asking the cashier when our order would be ready but he refused to answer. The customer service is terrible. It doesnt even take so long to get your food at a restaurant. They should employ staff that know what to do, instead of standing and talking to each other.
