Thought we would treat ourselves to some take out and opted using Mr Delivery instead of going out ourselves. What a horrible mistake. Made the call, ordered the food and waited... and waited... and waited. About an hour and 10 minutes into the exhilaration we decide them to remind them of our order. We explained our situation to the operator and that we were initially told that it would take no longer than an hour. The operator then said that they would get right back to us. 15 minutes after that we were informed our food wass another 15 minutes away. Almost two hours of waiting for crumpled, soggy, cold food that wasn't even all there! Thank you Mr Delivery, for failing us once again!
