Sorry for late reply but have not been able to access internet until now. On 15/12/2013 what was supposed to be a nice late lunch with the kids turned into one of the most horrible experience I ever had. This was at the Spur in Brits. We moved ourselves twice due to dirty tables and when we got to the third cockroaches cam from everywhere and ran across the table. Just there and then we decided to leave and was approached by the "Manager" at the door asking us why we were leaving. When we told him it is because the service is horrible and his place is dirty, he just said: Oh Okay, turned around and walk away. This is really unprofessional to say the least. In the time that we were sitting or rather moving around we saw people leaving after their meal (how they manged is a different matter) but as they left the tables were left uncleaned by the waiters who just mere;y waited for other people to arrive and be seated then tended to the dirty tables. This was also the case when we were seated the first time. The dirty glasses and plates were only cleared after we have been seated, and may i also add that there were more than enough open seats as it was really not all that busy
