On teusday the 5t feb 2013 we ordered triple decker pizza for lunch. the pizza it was dry and there were hardly any meat on the pizza. i called into the branch and spoke to the supervisor and she suggested that she will give me a discount on my next purchase.
when we called today to order a TRIPLE DECKER PIZZA, i spoke to the manager and he first wanted to give me a 15% discount and i told him that is like R14.00, eventually he gave me a 25% discount (the best that he can do) i went to go fetch it and we ate immediatly because obviously we are hungry.
When we opened the pizza the top layer of the first slice looked perfect, the second and third slice was hardly meat on, thecreamy white sAuce that is suppose to melt in your mouth is nowhere to be seen and it is just COMPLETELY DRY.
i spoke to the manager and he was so helpful the first time but when i called to let him know what happened the second time in one week, he got an attitude and told me that he has made 40 pizza for the morning anD asked me if i am complaning of the amount of meat that is put on the pizza. he said that all pizza ofdebonairs is made to a standard and i compared him to the athlone branch.
