Burger King does not serve customers

On Tuesday 4 Feb, I walked into the store at Jhb Station as I had some time to spare and I stood in queue to place my order, 25 minutes later, still finding myself 5th in queue, not having moved, and with no queue movement in site I left disgusted with the poor service. It should be noted that the entire time I was in the store, 1 person managed to place an order at the tills while the staff that should of been manning the tills chatted amongst themselves and seemed totally uninterested in serving potential customers. The store manager in this time was standing cleaning an ice cream machine, surely not a job for the store manager. People who joined the queue behind me left as soon as they heard that I had been waiting over 15 minutes.

On Wednesday I went back to the store and this time found myself second in queue, the person ahead of me was placing his order and as he finished I stepped up to the cashier to place my order only to be requested to wait. At which point I rather angrily refused and left.

I will not be back at Burger King and will do all I can to spread word about the inability of staff to serve customers. I reported this on their web site and no response as yet
