Right now im seated at the Steers diiner at the N1 North Ultra City in Midrand. I ordered a Rise and Dine breakfast. The burger patty I received is sommer Sies!! They replaced it with a "Fresh" dry one though. Nothing about the flame grilled nice patty you advertise so frequently!! To top it all, about 2 years ago I compained about the same steers about the same thing, bad patties. And it would seem the promised to better and train staff and all that nonsense, was just to sooth the soul.
The bad taste is still in my mouth. So I decide to call your "Customer Care", the start of a next disaster. After 4 times of trying to explain what's wrong I gave up and rather resorted to Hellopeter. The agent refused to give her name, or she is named "Im very sorry about that" as that is what she said 3 times when requesting her name. No wonder the Steers is almost empty.
I am finished and klaar with Steers as the standard I was used to a few years ago, is just not the same anymore. Mcdonalds is far better!!
