Incompetent management

Went for lunch to try our new S.A. Burger King... what a disappointment. They had a queue outside with no one in the restaurant (Ie the warm inside was empty, with people doing nothing behind the tills). I asked the manager why he wants everyone to stand outside in the cold cape town winter. His reply was that this is the burger king way and that the kitchen was behind... therefore he does not want people in the restaurant. Again: I noted that his staff were doing nothing, that there was lots of ready made burgers waiting and that he had lots of people outside in the cold. I've never seen this being done in the rest of the world and I travel often. His feedback was that if I don't like it I should not come to burger king. Well... I won't again. I also recommend this guy b fired (he was on shift this morning- I think his name was Fred). Also recommend burger king international rethink their franchise agreement in S.A..
