This morning i went to shop at my Favourite Mr Price store, in Alberton City, When i went to pay for 2 items, i was the only person in the queue and there was no one serving at the till point. The manager, Monique Tosoni, called for 5 of the 10min i stood there for tellers to come to the tills, and did not bother to help me herself. i felt like leaving the store and not returning. i feel the manager on Duty should be able to serve the customer at the tills if there are no tellers present, instead of standing at the microphone calling for the tellers. when a teller did come, i asked to speak to the manager, who just walked straight past me and went into the back room. this is totally unacceptable and i was not impressed. to top it all off, there were about 50 unemployed people standing outside the store looking for work. im sure if they were eager they could run the store better.
im very disappointed and will not return to that store.
