I have to say that i am completely disgusted by KFC in Brackenfell's staff. Yesterday 3 November 2013 i went to KFC to buy lunch for myself and my family, when wanting to place my order while waiting in the queue, i noticed a guy in the background (kitchen staff) what looked like scratching/rubbing his nose, later he then "doubled checked" a customers burger by touching on it, probably to make sure that he had actually had the right order or something, i then tried to ask him to call the manager and as arogant as he was, he just kept on walking, i then just left the store and walked out as i refused to take that food home to my family. Its enough that i had to even see something like that before lunch... What's the point of having management on site when the staff has this kind of attitude with their customers... I understand that they're probably angry or tired and not maybe wanting to be at work on a Sunday, but its your job, you're rendering a service, and i dont know how their planning on making this up to me but it will be extremely hard as i've supported this very same branch for years now... WHO SAYS THIS HASNT HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE WITHOUT NOTICING???
