Since there was one person infront of me placing their order i thought id be served quickly. the cashier Nokubonga preferred to ask 2 black ladies to her left for teir order completely ignoring me although she saw me standing in queue before them. i place my order anyway to which she replied " are you next? " i replied that i was and then she says she is taking orders from her left cos thats where the queue is, but a few seconds back she served a guy standing infront of me, when i told her this she said she was helping out wd queues. she also said theres no icecrm, i left the store.to my amazement i could still see people served icecrm, i asked for the manager to which she replied"hes there" not even bothering to call him. after waiting for 5 mins, i went to him myself.i told him of what occurred and he offered to serve me, i was utterly upset as i had already spent 20 mins there and still didnt hav icecrms.he was silent. i would have handled the matter better had i bn the manager. Steers is a huge brand, how can they employ such incompetent staff? why was i told there was no icecrm when there was? y was i refused service when evryone else was being served? this is unacceptable
