I went to KFC Sunward Park and ordered food at the drive thru to the value of R124-00 only to be told after they swiped my card at 20h00 today, that they cant give me a receipt for my order. I mean Is this and it happened twice before to my wife already. I handed my parcel back to the clerk, got my refund and drove all the way to Lambton KFC where the SAME goods was R121-00 and they had receipts available. What are you guys running there? Since when are we supposed to be satisfied with leaving without a receipt? Is there no communication between staff on the ground and management?
