Nando's Sun City offers such bad service the staff is very rude. After waiting for almost an hour for our meal they didnt include Butter, a request was made for it it was literly thrown into the pack on top of hot chips, when I asked the lady how can she do something like that she totally ignore me. When I asked for a manager I was told she's a manager I then asked to speak to another manager iwas pointed to a guy to whom when I tried speaking to was also ignored by him. I find this treatment appalling this behaviour is not acceptable. On the scale of 10 I rate them ZERO.
