Hi

The purpose of drive through is that you drive through and get your food. You should not have to park on the side and wait. I had a very long day, woke up at 3am and on my way home at 10pm I wanted to get a quick bight. I drove into Mac Donald's drive through, placed my order. Then at the window where I pick up my food they tell me to park one side and WAIT for my order. There was no way I was going to wait for food at night, alone in a car at a very quite Mac Donald's. it us just not safe, I demanded my money back and the person came back with million excuses and that I must still park and wait. But there were no other customers in the drive through.

I then told him to stuff it and that he has lost a customer. I then drive off.

All drive through should tell you at the time you order if you will need to wait. If they don't they should refund you immediately and no questions asked.

Now I'm at home writing this complaint, no food, very tired, also no refund on food I never got
