Don't make your customer feel like a criminal!

I went to KFC on Wednesday 9/10/2013 to get supper for my parents.

I went through the drive through. When I ordered my daughter asked the cashier what the kiddies meal toys were, and she abruptly said that there are no more toys. I cleared it up with her and explained to my daughter.

She really didn't have to be so rude!!

After I collected our food, I pulled into the parking to check that everything was there.

I could not find my receipt, so I went inside. I asked them for my slip. While i was waiting, i noticed a sign that said if you didn't receive your receipt, that your meal would be for free.

The lady at the drive through collections had put it in a carry back with other receipts.

The manager brought it. I then enquired about the free meal and she said that it only applies after 30 minutes.

I asked why this was as it mentioned nothing about it on the sign.

She said that 'SHE IS TELLING ME!!! " I needed to leave the store and only after 30 minutes inform them!!

I left as the food was getting cold.

At home, there was no serviettes, salt or condiments. There was also no cutlery.

Is this the new KFC?
