Bad Attitude Towards Customer Service

Friday the 14-06-2013 at around 21:30 drove in to KFC Lambton Branch to Grab some chicken and Kiddies meal, came through the drive through and placed my order to be told that there is no chicken available i will need to Waite 15min, which i obliged, and i progressed to the next window to make my payment, where i was never given a receipt for my Goods as i was told they will be delivered to me in the parking lot and i posed the question that how will she know that i am the owner of the goods and the response was i have recognised the car. struggled with parking and waited just over 45min still no sign of my order being delivered to my car. as i could see people driving out with their orders i jumped out of the car went into the store questioned the very same lady who took my order and she answered me back with an Attitude, "WHO ARE YOU" the same person you told to waited outside and you will deliver the order at my car but now 45min later there was no sign of that called upon the shift supervisor who was also not helpful and just to tell me that my order was taken by another customer and the chicken was now finished. I had to leave empty handed with no food and a waste of my time.
