I made some purchases at Spar & as I was about to leave the premises at the door I presented my receipt for the items to be checked, whilst she took my receipt I reached for my parcels note to give to the other security man for my parcels she didn't issue me back my receipt just signed it & threw it in a bin full of receipts, I asked her can I have my receipt incase I am not satisfied with the goods or there is a faulty she said I must look for it in the bin I refused she said then I can wait & continued signing other receipts while I waited I said it's fine I'll wait, she then started looking through the bin & asked me what have I bought I asked her how did she sign it off without even checking my staff first that's unprofessional I had to show her my purchases so she could identify my receipt in the bin, I asked her why then do we waitse time presenting our receipts to them since she doesn't really check, with attitude she said I mustn't take my time to take back the receipt, to start with she hadn't even looked through my items
