What is fundamentally wrong at Sunward Park

Previously i have complimented this branch but need to change this. In the past 3 months it seems the place has deteriorated regarding service. On the evening of the 6th of January we stopped off at 21:30 to buy food after a late flight arrival. The 24 hr branch staff told me there is 1 chicken breast left for the 2 burgers I ordered and there was nothing else available. I am sure the staff member sleeping on the chair near the toilets may have been able to make the food if needed. Lately we always arrive home and find order items missing from the bag.

Wife went to buy a meal last night. She spent 35 minutes in the drive through queue! Due to the way the drive through is done you are trapped once you are in the queue so she could not leave. There was no logical excuse as to why.

You owe me my previous compliments back as I feel done in. Thank heavens there are new take away choices that have opened in the nearby vicinity. Something has gone wrong with this branch and needs addressing. Pity though as this franchise used to have great food.
