Upon placing an order, I was informed that delivery will be 45 minutes to an hour which I accepted. I asked the cashier her name and asked her to make a note of the time, to which she said I will get my order in an hour.
One and a half hours later there was still NO DELIVERY and when I tried calling the store about seven or eight times to enquire about my delivery there was no answer. A further 15 minutes after the 1 and a half hours had passed I eventually did manage to get a hold of a cashier and when I asked for the manager was put on hold for about 5 minutes and taking into consideration my airtime was running out...
This is not the first time I have encountered Delivery Problems with this particular store, the last time I was offered a FREE Pizza to be delivered, but did not accept as I am not after FREEBIES, BUT RATHER BETTER SERVICE!!!
