I would just like to say that I experienced service so bad that i would never go back to Debonairs Pizza.
On Friday 04/10, I placed and order for delivery which was at approx 17H58. An hour went by and nothing. I called the store again the lady said my order left. So i said ok it should be here soon. At 19H30 still nothing. I called the store spoke to the manager who said they are delayed as its peak hour so i gave it a few more minutes. 20H00 i kept on calling the store over and over no answer, I think they have call ID so they were just not taking my call. 20H30 still no delivery. So i said flip it 2 and a half hours later i had to order from another place. My order never came. Pathetic service!!! The next morning the area manager called and said he is sorry and would like to off me a 10% discount. LOL HAHAHAHA the amount of airtime i used that night was way more that thier stupid 10% discount. I told him to get stuffed and ill never order from Debonairs ever again. Some1 else called also from some customer service and said they will deal with it. I have not had any feedback to date. I would like to say to everyone in the world that DEBONAIRS.
