25minute Drive thu?? Is that normal??

Your branch at Oakdene, comaro crossing has for years now been THE slowest in service both inside and drive thru. Last night I made the mistake of not using Meyersdal and got into the queue at 18:30.I made it to your window at 18:40 (4 cars in front of me). I asked what the delay was and was told "theres a problem with the chicken". I paid and made it to the collections window at 18:54.I had you manager Grace put her name and the time on my slip for records (you can have a copy if you want). Now... lets do the maths here KFC... 25 (TWENTY FIVE) MINUTES TO GO THROUGH YOUR DRIVE THROUGH?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Im not going to debate any further, this is about principals and not money. I WASTED nearly half an hour of time on a system that is DESIGNED to be quick/speedy/fast. I start my day at 5am, get to work at 7am and return home if Im lucky at 6:30pm. Do you think I want to waste HALF AN HOUR at your drive thru???
I DEMAND my money back. While its only R59.90 today, you will NEVER have my or my families business again. Im only one person, but I know with continued service, it wil start 2 hurt your pockets somewhere.
