I called debonairs sparks road on the 8 march 2013 at 7:30 pm to order a large chicken and mushroom pizza for delivery and was told that they didn't have mushrooms. I then requested the pizza without mushrooms as my family was hungry. The order went through and I was told the price and that it would take 30 minutes for delivery. I then proceeded to wait. 45 minutes down the line I called again only to be advised that my pizza had not yet left the store. An hour down the line I called again and the pizza was still there so I cancelled my order. The worst part is that I live across the road about 5-7 minutes on foot. Debonairs. The drivers then gets here 1 and a half hours later with a attitude making up excuses. I hope you're happy cause you lost a good customer check my records. Service was pathetic. Not impressed at all...
