No more tucking in at Debonairs

This morning at 10:45 i placed an order at the Debonairs Lifestyle Centre in Centurion for delivery. At 13:00pm i followed-up on the order, to be told by the cashier, there is a problem with the system.

I then spoke to Mike who is apparently the manager, who informed me that they did arrive with the delivery to our office, however the cashier wrote down Rachelle on the delivery note instead of Riaan.

He apologised for the mistake and said he will have my order dispatched within 20 minutes. At 13:30pm the driver arrived at our offices with someone else's order. At 13:35pm i called Mike again to say the driver arrived without my order and he said he asked the driver to make my delivery a priority. Now its 01:53pm and still NO delivery.

I find this totally unacceptable and is very dissappointed. Almost 3 hours later and the matter has still not been resolved.

Please note that you have lost a customer for life...
