Yet again Debonairs Raisethorpe is at it again. First of all it took me half an hour of actually getting through to the store as the phone kept ringing, being a Friday night that's not the worst of it. My pizza came an hour and a half later instead of the 40 minutes or the delivery free. The pizza I ordered was rubbery and seriously under topped. As for the pop its, I counted one piece of macon on the third pop it that I got to. How do you provide service like this. With the time the store took I would have expected a mind blowing pizza. I have had Pizza from other stores and I call the manager to compliment them on their awesome service. The store advertises online ordering and this was meant to be the resolution but they do not have the service at this branch. Why advertise it? I have always had problems with quality at this branch, only this branch. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
