I ordered 2 pizzas online with Debonairs 40 minutes ago, and their policy states that after 40min the food is free. It has now been 60 minutes and I have phoned the branch twice and they tell me that the driver is leaving "now". It has now been 70min and no pizza yet. This is unacceptable! I demand an explaination NOW! If I am paid to do my job correctly then I expect the same of you! Where is my pizza?!
