On the 1st February 2013, at about 20:30, I went to Wakaberry with my family. We were five people and filled our five bowls with delicious frozen yoghurt, which we really enjoyed. The only thing that left a bad taste was the annoying cashier. At the till we overheard her dealing with another customer who was really upset because of the shocking price of his "ice cream"' as he called it, which she promptly corrected "It's frozen yoghurt! ". I felt that she had a bit of arrogance towards the customer. When it was our turn to weigh, we did it separately. She then commented that she could have done all bowls at once. As I paid using a credit card, she instructed me to do the whole transaction, and got irritated when I did it wrong. That's her job, not the customers' job. Although she did everything required, the way she went about it made the experience unpleasant.
